What is the insurance policy terms?

Comprehensive insurance is included in the rental which states that only in case of a faulty accident the renter has to pay an excess insurance amount of AED 1500 and if it’s a NON-Faulty accident there is nothing to pay. However to avoide any inconvenience we recommend our customers to buy CDW or even Premium Coverage to have a risk & stress free rental experience.

What documents are required for renting a car ?

  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driver License if not in english-Original + Translated Copy required

Do I need a credit card or cash deposit is accepted ?

Credit card is required for renting a car but to know the exceptional cases please chat on our official whatsapp for 24/7 support.

Is there a delivery & collection charge ?

Depends on your location of delivery / collection please refer to the Add-Ons page to see the applicable charges(if any)

Can I change my booking and do I have to pay cancellation fees ?

Al Morjan currently does not impose any cancellation or no-show fee on the reservations.

Secure your booking by paying online and you may cancel anytime free of charge and get a full refund, if needed, without incurring any additional cost.

Can I drive the rented car outside UAE border ?

Rented cars are not allowed to cross UAE borders however border authorities rules are subject to change time to time please refer to border authority website for updated rules & requirements.

Can I rent car from one location and drop off to another location ?

Yes you can get it delivered or pick up from one location and drop off to another location with extra charge.
